The farm is in full bloom! (And so are the weeds...) There is plenty to pick in between all this rain. Are you craving BLT's yet? Hold tight, the tomatoes are still a couple weeks out but are looking great! One new item on the list this week is CELERY! It is leafier than what is at the grocery store, but you can use those leaves like an herb to add flavor to soups and dishes.
