• There are a few products that we consider our specialty crops; ones that our customers always expect to find us offering seasonally at market and come weekly to purchase. Our lettuce mixes and variety of hybrid and heirloom tomatoes are farm favorites. The salad mixes include a variety of 8 different leaf lettuces, and depending on preference, some choose our mixes with mustard greens and arugula. We try hard to have a consistent supply of salad mixes throughout the year, although the summer heat is sometimes hard to overcome. Tomatoes are transplanted in May and we begin harvesting them in July. We offer a wide selection of exceptional tasting, thin skinned heirloom varieties along with many of your favorites for salads, slicing, and canning.​
