How it works:
1. Reserve your portion of beef (quarter, half, whole). No money is due now, this is just to reserve your spot and provide your contact information.
2. In late October, you will be contacted by the butcher. The butcher will go over this cut list with you to determine how you would like your portion processed.
3. You will receive a bill in the mail for the beef and the processing fee.
4. Once your beef has been processed, you will pick it up directly from the butcher.
5. Enjoy those beautiful grass fed beef cuts all year long!
