I visited the Lebanon Farmer's Market on Thursday and bought a bag of mixed salad greens from the girls. My husband and I have truly enjoyed eating them... The bag was gone within two days. This lettuce was different than what we buy in the store.. The leaves were bigger, fresher, and had such a beautiful color. I will be back next week for another bag or two! Thank you for doing what you do organically, and for teaching the trade to your children. As one of my favorite bumper stickers says, "No Farmers, No Food." We love our local farmers :).
