Flower Bouquets

Flowers are the most enjoyable crop we grow. Not only are they beautiful to see growing and blooming in the field, but we also get to bouquet them, which is a creative experience. Choosing the colors, arrangement, and design of each bouquet is unique. Passersby can see them growing in the gardens, and we love to share the experience of watching them transform in to beautiful flowers.

Bouqueting is something we look forward to every week because each flower has its own personality, and we always have a new variety to work with. Early in the season we have larkspur, nigella, and bells of Ireland, which make good fresh and dried bouquets. Once snapdragons, zinnias, gladiolus, lilies, and sunflowers come in, we have a great variety to mix bouquets with. We find that with three people bouqueting with the same flowers, we all have our own style, resulting in a nice selection for the customer to chose from. We often experiment with new flowers, and love the joy people get from seeing all our arrangements together at farmer's markets, as well as seeing them in the field.

We sell bouquets at all the farmer's markets we attend, and they are also availaible at our farm. Special orders are always welcome!  We have can provide flowers for weddings and special events.
