Certified Organic Produce
Our produce is available from March through October. Our produce can be purchsed at the farmer's markets we attend or at our farm. We offer a nice selection of seasonal produce from greens in the spring to tomatoes in the summer to a variety of storage crops in the fall and winter.
There are a few products that we consider our speciality crops; ones that our consumers always expect to find us offering seasonally at market and come weekly to purchase. These are our lettuce mixes and our variety of hybrid and heriloom tomatoes.
Tomatoes are transplanted in May and we begin harvesting them in July. We offer a wide slection of exceptional tasitng, thin skinned heriloom varieties along with many of your favorites for salads, slicing, and canning.
Our salad mixes include a variety of leaf lettuces, and depending on preference, some choose our mixes with mustard greens and arugala. We try hard to have a consistent supply of salad mixes throughout the year, although the summer heat is sometimes hard to overcome.
